PURPOSE: To demonstrate the process of locating the center of mass.
DESCRIPTION: The triangle can be suspended from any corner by a nail at the top of the support; the lines drawn on the triangle are then seen to be vertical by comparison with a plumb line. The center of mass is at the point where the three lines intersect.
SUGGESTIONS: Do not drop the triangle.
