Yard Landscaping

The front yard is about 50 feet deep and 100 feet wide, with gardens near the driveway and around the front entrance to the house.

The right side of the house has a garden area about fifteen feet wide and 45 feet long front-to-rear, featuring a set of five sloped steps with boxes adjacent to the house and a larger treed area outside the steps.

The back yard is about 100 ft by 100 ft, completely fenced with gates at the left and right side of the house and in the rear. There is a 10 foot drop-off adjacent to a three-level deck that is attached to the house. The lower level of the deck has sliding glass door access to the basement, which is to become a music room. The upper level of the deck has direct access to the kitchen/family room, with a great view of the back yard and a large forest that borders the rear of the yard. A wrap-around patio borders the entire deck, with connections to an eight foot wide staircase, centered in the back yard, the gate and steps on the right side of the house, and ramps that lead to gates at both the left side of the house and the rear of the back yard. At the bottom of the staircase is a sixteen foot square patio and a small triangular garden featuring a pink flowering dogwood.
