I am employed by the University Of Maryland as a Physical Science Technician at the Physics Lecture Demonstration Facility. Primarily, I maintain old physics demonstrations and design and fabricate new demonstrations for classroom use.

My employment prior to the University was as follows:

* Supervisor of the Audio-Visual Dept. at the Institute of Languages and Linguistics, Georgetown University.

* Vice President of Electronic Teaching Laboratories Inc.

Military service: During WW-II I served in the Army as a Combat Infantryman with the 4th Infantry Division. I was wounded in action in Germany and was discharged from the Army, classified Disabled.

Award: I was included in the 1979 edition of Who's Who In Technology Today.

Avocations:
* Entomology - I frequently give talks about Insects to groups in schools, libraries, Scouts etc. Dioramas (displays of mounted insects in their natural habitats) that I have constructed have been shown in many libraries, schools, the Smithsonian Institution and television.
* Astronomy - I regularly give talks about astronomy to both children and adult groups. I have written many articles on Astronomy one of which was published by Astronomy magazine.
* Writing - My writings are varied and include Children's Stories, Astronomy articles and Insect articles.
